Day 01: LIMA
Reception at Jorge Chavez airport, then you will be driven to your hotel.Lodging. Free day for personal activities
Day 02: LIMA-City Tour
You will visit Lima City and its Colonial enchantments as the Main Square, The Cathedral, the Government Palace, the San Francisco Monastery, with its beautiful cloister and entrance, as well as the underground galleries or catacombs, traditional districts with their own enchanments like the Stone Bridge, We will appreciate then the Huaca Huallamarca from the Pre-Inca Period. Then you will travel back to the XXI century visiting modern districts with beautiful squares, small squares and avenues, as well as Miraflores with its beautiful beaches, intensive commercial trading and active night life. You will visit the Park of Love. It has a big sculpture representing a ¨Couple of Andean lovers¨. with a great view of the Pacific Ocean, End of our excursion.
Day 03: LIMA/CUSCO-City Tour+4 ruins
Breakfast.
Transfer from your hotel in Lima to board your flight to Cusco. Reception at the Velasco Astete Airport and transfer to the hotel. Lodging. Rest of the morning free to get acclimatized at 3 360 m.a.t.l altitude.
In the afternoon, City Tour in Cusco walking through the Cathedral which its exterior and interior frontage were made in renacentist style. Inside, you will find beautiful cedar wood statues, like the chorus and the Pulpit, as well as the paintings of the Cusco Art School, and some objects made on silver. You will also visit the Qorikancha or Sun Temple; which nowadays is the Santo Domingo Church. Then you will go to the four surrounding ruins: The Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Q´enqo, Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay.
Day 04: CUSCO-Machu Picchu
Breakfast.
Full day excursion to Machupicchu archeological complex, located in a subtropical Cusco area at 2350 m.a.s.l. Transfer from your hotel to the train station to start your guided tour. You will visit the marvelous Machupicchu Citadel where you will walk trough its squares, temples, terraces, worship centers and its Royal Palace. You will also visit the “Intiwatana” or Solar Clock and several beautiful natural water fountains on rock carved. Includes lunch. In the afternoon, return to Cusco by train followed by a reception and transfer to your hotel.
Day 05: CUSCO-Sacred Valley of the Incas
Breakfast.
Full day excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. You will know the typical handicraft Market of Pisac Town (opened only Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday) where you can buy Peruvian handicraft at the best prices. On Sundays a Quechua Mass is attended by the Varayoc or indian leader. Includes lunch. You will also visit the Ollantaytambo Archeological Park where you will admire its Main Temple. Located 97 kms from Cusco.
Day 06: CUSCO/PUNO
Breakfast
Transfer to the train station of bus they approach the same one that took to the city Puno, reception and transfer to the hotel chosen in Puno and rest for acclimatization.
Day 07: PUNO-Uros and Taquile Islands
Breakfast.
In the morning it visits in boat the island of the Uros, where the settlers of the Titikaka lake continue living like their ancestors, maintaining their customs and idiosyncrasy, the Uros is descending of one of the oldest towns of America. They are dedicated mainly to the hunting and fishes. Next we will go to the Taquile Island to visit it and to spend the night in house of one of the families of this tribe. Spend the night
Day 08: Taquile Island-PUNO

Transfer to the city of puno.
Day 09: PUNO/LIMA
Breakfast. Transfer from your hotel to the airport to board your flight to Lima. To its arrival reception and transfer for its following flight. |
