This is a beautiful colonial large house, built in 1630, being one of the first large houses of Huamanga, was residence of the corregidor Juan Gutiérrez de Quintanilla, stayed Doña Catherine de Erauzo, whose pseudonym was the "Nun Lieutenant", I work the headquarters of the realistic forces in charge of Colonel Morote and for many years, it has been obligatory place of rest of great personalities of Peru and the world.
